Danny Ismail is a Managing Director at Green Street and Co-Head of Strategic Research and founded the firm’s burgeoning global ESG research team. He is a subject matter expert (SME) on the effects of working from home (WFH) on U.S. office values. In addition, Danny is an expert on New York City, West Coast, Texas and Sun Belt office market fundamentals and valuations.
Michael Knott
Head of US REIT Research 
Michael is a Managing Director and leads the U.S. REIT Research team. He has been at the firm for 22 years and plays a key leadership role in Green Street’s research. Michael’s initial tenure at the firm spanned 2002-2018. He rejoined the firm in 2019 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer for EQ Office, Blackstone’s U.S. office platform, in 2018 and 2019.
