Spenser Glimcher
Managing Director, Self-Storage & Net Lease
Spenser is a Managing Director on Green Street’s research team and sector head of the Self-Storage and Net Lease sectors. She also has extensive experience covering the Mall sector, leading the effort to establish Market Grades and value estimates for the Outlet sector – one of the most coveted sets of data among Green Street clients. She also launched Green Street’s coverage of the burgeoning Gaming sector. As of 2023, Spenser held the most senior position as a woman on Green Street’s equity REIT research team. In a period of four years, she initiated coverage on 10 public companies/REITs. 
Andres Toome
Senior Analyst, Residential
Andres is the Pan-European sector head of residential, student housing, hotel and self-storage for Green Street. As such, he covers twelve listed European property companies, as well as 30 private markets across self-storage and various “beds” sectors. In 2018, Andres joined the firm, covering Nordic, German and Swiss property companies. Previously, he was at a real estate equity research firm Victoria Partners in Frankfurt, where he covered German real estate equities.
